Nuclear infrastructure is a combination of public and private institutions, competent personnel and regulatory environment within which stakeholders operate. The nuclear infrastructure covers the nuclear industry management system, human capacity and human resources.
Rusatom Service JSC provides integrated services on assistance in creating and improving national infrastructures of nuclear power to countries who construct nuclear facilities or are planning to start the construction, in compliance with IAEA requirements and recommendations and based on the Russian experience.

Analysis of nuclear infrastructure condition, preparation of recommendations and creation of roadmaps for its development both integrated and by individual components, analysis and development of safety culture in industry organizations
Regulatory services can include a full cycle from legal audit (including related legislation) to the development of recommendations on draft regulatory requirements or may relate to specific thematic areas of regulatory control
Training of nuclear infrastructure personnel, creation and introduction of training programs for specific areas of nuclear infrastructure into educational tracks
Rusatom Service JSC is a single window - the services integrator of all Rosatom State Corporation enterprises in the field of nuclear infrastructure, the integrator of the expert community of the Russian nuclear industry.
Our expert community includes representatives of enterprises and organizations of the Rosatom State Corporation working at all stages of the nuclear fuel cycle, in the field of design engineering, design, construction, commissioning, operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities, equipment manufacturing, spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste management. We involve experts and organizations for scientific and technical support, including regulatory bodies in order to ensure our assistance to partners.
Our Company is the secretariat of an interdepartmental project between Rosatom State Corporation and the Russian nuclear regulatory authority – the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostechnadzor) – “Assistance in the creation and improvement of national nuclear energy infrastructures of countries constructing and planning the construction of nuclear facilities according to Russian projects”. Our activities as a secretariat help to implement a soft coordination mechanism in assisting our partners in the integrated development of nuclear infrastructure management and regulation.
