In regard to the training system, Rusatom Service JSC offers its employees up-to-date programmes in various areas developed by the Rosatom State Corporation training centers, as well as third-party leading educational organizations, including Russian and foreign universities, and the company's internal trainers.
The company offers employees the opportunity to train on personal competency development by offering training programmes, career consultation, mentoring and coaching. Since 2017 to 2023, 110 employees of Rusatom Service JSC and JSC ETC GET have become mentors for young specialists.
The occupational safety management system is being improved and a risk-oriented approach is being applied. In order to implement the main goals for employee safety, activities are planned and implemented annually to improve occupational safety, such as:
- employee training and briefings;
- provision of employees with PPE as part of project activities implementation;
- employees undergoing mandatory medical examinations;
- special assessment of working conditions and employees professional risks.
Increasing the safety behavior culture level as the core of the corporate culture, especially the intolerance development to violations, model elimination of non-interference in employees behavior, personal commitment development of each employee to safety issues, personal responsibility for employees safety among managers at all levels.
Employees of Rusatom Service JSC Group of Companies are trained in occupational safety, civil defense, and emergencies. Employees are regularly informed about safe behavior and involved in health and safety issues.
The Company pays proper attention to occupational safety issues when interacting with contractors. The contracts include a mandatory appendix on occupational safety ensuring that each contractor meets certain requirements, such as: an established occupational safety management system; input inspection for compliance with qualifications; necessary certifications on occupational safety issues; absence of medical contraindications for performed works by employees carrying out works under a contracting agreement.
